Note: By joining this server you agree to accept and respect all rules listed in this MOTD at all times and under no circumstance will you break rules at all for any reason ever.

Additions to the rules are added at the bottom of whatever section they are added to.
General Server Rules:
1.) Do not expect an admin to take any action for any situation without substantial proof!
2.) Do not disrespect/harass/threaten/flame any players.
3.) Do not spam chat, microphone, or radio commands! This includes using a voice changer. If more than one person asks you to stop playing music or anything on HLDJ or anything then stop.
4.) Do not be a smart ass/troll. Zero-tolerance for trolling/smartasses.
5.) English only.
6.) Do not apply other server rules to this server!
7.) Do not argue with an admin.
8.) Do not advertise other gaming websites/servers.
9.) Do not tell an admin how to do their job.
10.) Do not impersonate an admin or any player.
11.) Do not hack/exploit.
12.) Do not spray nude/pornographic/disgusting/nasty sprays or anything similar deemed as inappropriate by an admin.
13.) Do not evade ban, kick, mute, gag, or silence.
14.) Do not mislead players with incorrect rules.
15.) Do not request an admins assistance in unnecessary situations; only rule breaking.
16.) Do not encourage/antagonize rule breaking.
17.) Do not evade the AFK kicker. Bans will be issued.
18.) You are not allowed to job switch.
19.) Do not ask for an administrator in OOC, you will get a warning. Use /report or !report.
20.) You may not taze/arrest/rape any NPC'S.
21.) As a police officer, you may NOT drive in civilian vehicles.
22.) You are NOT allowed to steal/drive around in a CVPI vehicle as a non officer.
23.) You are NOT allowed to self supply weapons.
24.) You are NOT allowed to ask ANYONE to go police officer for you to do illegal activities.
25.) Corrupt government officials are NOT allowed.
Prop Rules:
1.) You are NOT allowed to build insane contraptions of any kind.
2.) You are NOT allowed to prop climb/surf/kill or any other prop minting techniques.
3.) You may NOT have floating bases/props/walkways. All floating props MUST be supported by columns or other props.
Death Rules:
1.) You must play by NLR (New Life Rule). After death/rejoining, you may not return to where you died UNLESS it is your property.
2.) You must roleplay.
Assault, Shooting, and Killing Related Rules
NOT ALLOWED:
1.) You CANNOT RDM. (Random Death Match). You CANNOT kill people for stupid reasons or to stop other rule breakers.
2.) You CANNOT kill trespassers who left your property.
3.) You CANNOT stun stick people randomly if your job is equipped with a stun stick by default.
4.) You CANNOT raid unless you're a gangster, mob boss, Italian mafia, or thief.
5.) You CANNOT excessively punch whore anyone.
6.) If you are taken hostage, you are NOT allowed to reconnect.
Fading Door Rules:
1.) You must have keypads connected to fading doors and within reasonable distance and visible.
2.) You must have all doors/fading doors able to be keypad cracked and/or lock picked.
3.) You must have all fading doors with auto close on reasonable auto close time. (3 seconds at least)
4.) All fading doors must be accessible by at least 1 raider. Do not create a fading door that requires team work.
Bank Raiding Rules:
1.) Government officials are NOT allowed to help you out in raiding the bank, if they do, it is a job ban.
2.) Once you die in the bank, you are not allowed to go back to the bank for 3 minutes.
3.) Bank Robbers are allowed to tie up anyone inside the bank.
4.) Bank Robbers are not allowed to raid anywhere but the bank.
5.) Bank Robbers are not allowed to kill innocent civilians, but may tie them up.
Mayor Rules:
1.) The mayor is not allowed to part with any illegal forces.
2.) The mayor cannot order "mass killings" in the streets.
Raiding Rules:
1.) If you do a raid of any kind, you MUST do /advert RAID.
2.) You must wait 5 minutes to raid someone else.
3.) You must wait 15 minutes to raid the previously raided.
Rapist Rules:
1.) You are NOT allowed to rape in the public streets/sidewalks.
2.) To rape someone, you MUST use /advert RAPE BEFORE you rape.
3.) You may NOT revenge rape.
4.) You may ONLY rape in private areas, or alleyways.
Traffic Stop Rules:
1.) You are not allowed to run from a traffic stop.
2.) You may NOT kill a officer for giving you a citation.
Secret Service Rules:
1.) There are to be NO secret service agents when there is NO mayor.
2.) The secret service MUST protect the mayor at ALL costs.
3.) The secret service is to be with the mayor at ALL times.
Theater Manager Rules:
1.) You ARE allowed to make the theater a pay to view session.
2.) You Are NOT allowed to play music, as the theater is used for movies ONLY.
